Pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), PHAMON Automotive OÜ (Registry: 17268043) acts as the Data Controller for information collected during onboarding.
1. Data Collected
For "Yellow Badge" users, we collect and store: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number (for OTP verification), and Physical Shipping Address.
2. Purpose of Processing
This data is collected solely to facilitate the Digital Signature process and ensure a binding legal contract between traders.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
4. Storage
All personal data and digitally signed contracts are stored on secure, EU-based servers and are retained only for the duration required by Estonian commercial law.
5. User Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your data.
